INDOOR SEASON is here! No more windy blustery and cold days of December.  We now have the dry and hot air of the indoor track season.  Whatever your preference this is the season to race.  Beginning at Pratt in Brooklyn for the girls and ending with the championships in  February this season will have a lot to cheer about.  With possible trips to Boston and Delaware this promises to be a season you wont want to miss!  Only two days of practice, but lots of races to enjoy yourself is on the menu for the next few months.

WINTER PRACTICE SITE

 Monday and Wednesdays:  Rochdale Village Community Center

 PRACTICE IS FROM 5:30 – 7:30PM   

                   High School Practice: Tuesday and Thursday

                       at the NYC Armory from 6:00pm - 7:45pm
